Rapid Re-housing & Homelessness Prevention

The Emergency Solutions Grant, funded by the Department of Housing and Urban Development, and the Klaproad Rapid Re-housing Program, provide the Homelessness Prevention and Rapid Re-housing Program at The LINK. This is a collaborative program between The LINK and both The Homeless Coalition of North SLO County and 5 Cities Homeless Coalition, which are comprised of multiple non-profit agencies that serve the homeless and at-risk populations throughout SLO County. This program is targeted toward individuals and families who, without this program, would become or remain homeless. It aims to allow these families and individuals to be quickly re-housed and stabilized, providing temporary financial assistance and housing relocation and stabilization services. This program relies on community resources, agency partners, and mainstream benefits to help households regain stability.
